Ordering Process
Three simple steps to creating your customer account
We supply exclusively to registered business customers. These include: traders, entrepreneurs, freelancers, public institutions, government bodies and associations. By registering, you confirm to us that you are acting as a business within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Accordingly, relevant data and prices are hidden from all unregistered users.
Create your own customer account
In three simple steps, you can create your own customer account, which, once approved by us, will grant you access to all prices and further information, such as our free planning tool. After that, nothing will stand in the way of a smooth ordering process.
1. Register your business using the registration form
Before you can shop with us and view our prices, you must log in using your customer details. If you do not yet have a customer account, you will need to register. The registration process takes just a few minutes.

2. Please wait for authorisation
Once we have received your details, our staff will check that all relevant information is correct. This may take 1–2 working days. You will be assigned a customer number and all areas will be activated.
3. Log in to your new customer account
Once you have successfully registered and we have approved your account, you will have full access to all our prices and our exclusive Regel-air ® calculation tool. In your customer account, you can view all your details and amend them if you wish. You will also find a detailed order history there.
