Regel-air® window rebate vents – Proven quality for over 25 years

We develop and manufacture window rebate vents to ensure a healthy and comfortable indoor climate and to prevent damage caused by damp and mould.

FFL-smart in the manufacturing process

The vent was specifically developed to meet the requirements of modern window production with maximum efficiency. Fensterbau Groß manufactures high-quality windows and has seamlessly integrated the FFL -smart into its manufacturing process. The exact position of the vent in the window is defined within the machining software. The necessary milling for the FFL-smart is then carried out automatically in the machining centre.

The new Regel-air ® FFL-smart

The Regel-air ® FFL-smart is a self-regulating window rebate vent that is milled into the sash overlap of PVC windows. An integrated return and damping spring ensures that the flap closes quietly and gently and also allows for vertical installation where required – for example, in arched or narrow windows.

Using the FFL-smart ensures controlled dehumidification without draughts and effectively prevents mould growth. Thanks to its excellent air flow rates and sound insulation properties, it meets even the most stringent requirements.

Regel-air® offers solutions for all window materials – such as PVC, wood and aluminium – in the field of vents. Most systems feature a flap control system that responds to wind pressure. Systems with manual operation, with and without basic ventilation, round off the range. With Regel-air® window vents, all ventilation levels and requirements of the standards can be met.
